All machines and vendors provide a large very visible customer service HELP LINE sign.

Patrons impacted by loss are encouraged to call and provide detail of any problems during purchase, or machine malfunctions.

Dispatch will gather the necessary information to mail refunds. Also a message is sent to field technicians to respond and correct any issues.  

HELP LINE not only allow us to provide patrons the excellent service they deserve. It also certify machines are always working.

We handle refunds, and issues DIRECTLY with customers. This direct experience is positive, keeps the faith in the machines, and customers coming back.

Proprietors are happy they do NOT have to get involved. In the process we keep documented logs of issues, and refunds sent out.
